Position – Head Marketing

Job Description –

• Overall Incharge of marketing operations and to develop new business opportunities in new & existing business segments to meet the set targets.
• Increase productivity at all level (Turnover, Revenue Vs Cost, Timely collection of payments etc.) in order to provide competitive advantage to the company
• Responsible to protect and develop the company's brand value by providing best quality product, solutions, service to customer and support in PR and marketing activities
• Approval of Sales Order in consultation with F&A and Production Department.
• Fixation of Sales Targets for Zonal Managers, to approve their TA bills and ensuring their achievement.
• Responsible for leading the flexible packaging business plan, formulate and implement the strategy and activities consistent with the organizational objectives, cost and mark up factors.
• Conducting market research in order to identify market requirements in terms of product features, pricing and other competitive activities.
• To establish sales team structure and processes, including team meetings and one-on-one sessions with the key members of marketing team, as and when required.
• To look after overseas markets and responsible for leading the sales team to craft longer-term strategies and to achieve goals with a holistic approach.
• To have a leadership vision in order to develop a solution-centric, self-motivated and a goal oriented team to achieve better results.

Position – Accounts Executive

Job Description –

• Day to day general accounting entries.
• Voucher checking and data entry.
• Managing the records and to generate various MIS reports.
• Candidate should possess knowledge on MS-Excel, Tally ERP-9
• Good to have basic knowledge of taxation.

Position – Business Development Executive

Experience :1-5 years

Qualification : Graduation/Post Graduation + MBA(Marketing) or Diploma in Printing Technology

Location : Multiple Locations in India

Candidates Background should be from FMCG/Printing Packaging Companies Core Marketing
