Printing

Printing is a process for reproducing text and images, typically with ink on any material as per requirement.

We do 2 types of printing here, one Gravure and another Flexographic printing.

Extrusion Coating Lamination(ECL)

Extrusion coating and extrusion laminating are converting processes that allow different substrate materials to be combined to obtain a single compound structure. The materials involved may include plastics, paper, carton board, or aluminum foils.

Extrusion coater laminators deliver a combined substrate, the component elements of which would be very difficult to separate. The combined substrate inherits highly enhanced physical properties and barrier protection performance from its component elements.

Lamination

Lamination is the technique/process of manufacturing a material in multiple layers so that the composite material achieves improved strength, stability, sound insulation, appearance, or other properties from the use of the different materials, such as plastic. A laminate is a permanently assembled object created using heat, pressure, welding, or adhesives.

Slitting

Slitting is the process of cutting a jumbo roll or larger rolls of material into small rolls. It is a process to cut various types of jumbo width material to narrower width with repetitive accuracy at a high-speed process.

Pouching

Flexible pouches are single-use bags commonly made of metal foil, plastic, and occasionally, paper. They are used for packaging everything from snack foods to industrial liquids and is commonly found on supermarket shelves across the globe.
